Learning to Use the Lean Clean 360 Cleaning System
Running the Lean Clean Manually
JENFAB does not recommend you complete whole cleaning cycles manually.
The proper method to create custom cleaning cycles is to create a program
and then run the program.
You should use the manual mode for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and to
recover from a power failure or other condition that disables the machine. For
example, if a power failure leaves the washing chamber filled with rinse water,
you can empty the chamber by manually setting the diverter valve to the rinse
tank and manually opening the drain valve.
Follow these steps to operate the Lean Clean in manual mode:
1.
From the main operating screen, press the
Selects Manual Mode Control
button.
2.
Press the
Motor/Pumps/Drains
button to open the process monitoring
screen.
3.
Press the
Options
button to open the password window.
4.
Enter your password and press the
Enter
button.
5.
Using the control buttons in the window, operate the machine
manually.
