Mill all molding material to full dimension.
Cut Only the frame edges to produce 1/4” x 3/16” tongue on the frame edges.
No Backer Inlay Instructions:
Mill all molding material to include a 1/4” x 3/16”
tongue on the frame edge. Use appropriate inlay dimensions to construct panels
with the proper outside dimension.
