PROGRAMMED PLAY 

This function allows the tracks to be played in a programmed sequence. You may store up to 20 tracks in 
the desired sequence. You can store any track more than once. 
 
1.  With the CD in stop mode, press the PROGRAM Button (# 2) once. The Display (# 6) will show “01” with 

PROG

 flashing in the top right corner of the Display. 

2.  Press the Skip/Search 

 Button (# 7) or Skip Back 

 Button (# 4) to select the song to be programmed. 

3.  Press the PROGRAM Button (# 2) again to store selection.  The program number shown in the Display 

(# 6) will advance to “02” and 

PROG

 will flash to prompt for input of the next track. 

4.  Press the Skip/Search 

 Button (# 7) or Skip Back 

 Button (# 4) to select the next song to be 

programmed

 

  

and press the PROGRAM Button (# 2) to store selection.  

5.  To check the programmed tracks, press the PROGRAM. Button (# 2) repeatedly to view all the 

programmed songs.  The Display (# 6) will show the program number first followed by the flashing track 
number.  

6.  Repeat steps #2 - #4

 

  

to program up to 20 tracks.  If you attempt to program more than 20 tracks, the 

Display (# 6) will revert back to entry “01” and you will begin overwriting the first tracks programmed. 
Note: If you want to exit the program mode during programming, simply press the STOP Button (# 8) 
once. The Player will then return to normal play mode. 

7.  Press the PLAY/PAUSE Button (# 9) to begin programmed play.  The first track in program will appear 

in the Display (# 6) and the PROGGRAM Indicator, 

PROG

, will light steadily in the top right corner of the 

Display. 

8.  You may repeat the current programmed track or all the programmed tracks by pressing the REPEAT 

BUTTON (# 3) once or twice. 

9.  To stop programmed play, press the STOP Button (# 8). 
10.  As long as the unit remains on and the CD Door (# 5) is not opened, you can resume programmed play 

at any time by pressing the PROGGRAM Button (#5) and then the PLAY Button (# 8).  

11.  To turn the unit off, set the Function Switch (# 15) to the "OFF" position. 

 

Notes on CD-R/RW Discs 

  Because of non-standardized format definition/production of CD-R/RW, playback quality & 

 

performance are not guaranteed. 

  Manufacturer is not responsible for the playability of CD-R/RW due to recording conditions such as PC 

 performance, writing software, media ability, etc. 

  Do not attach a label or seal to either side of the CD-R/RW disc. It may cause a malfunction. 

 

 
 

RADIO RECEPTION

 

 
1. 

Set the Function Switch (# 15) to either “AM” or “FM”.  

2. 

Turn the Tuning Control (# 14) to obtain the desired radio station. 

3. 

Rotate the Volume Control (# 16) to obtain the desired sound level. 

4. 

Turn the Radio off by setting the Function Switch (# 15) to the “OFF” position. 

 

TIPS FOR BEST RADIO RECEPTION 

1.  To insure the best FM tuner reception, fully extend the Telescopic Antenna (# 11) and rotate it for the 

best possible station reception. 

2.  The unit is provided with a built-in ferrite antenna. Try repositioning the unit until the best station
