Use the volume control to adjust the Bass level range from “-6” to “+6”.

Treble Level 

Use the volume control to adjust the Treble level range from “-6” to “+6”. 

Balance (BAL)

Use the volume control to adjust the Balance between the left and right speakers from “12L” 
(full left) to “12R” (full right). 

Fader (FAD)

Use the volume control to adjust the Fader between the rear and front speakers from “12R” 
(full rear) to “12F” (full front).

System Menu

1.

Press and hold

 the 

VOL/AUDIO SETTINGS

 control (1) for more than 3 seconds to enter 

the system menu. 

2.

Rotate the 

VOL

 control (1) to highlight the desired item. 

3.

Press the 

VOL

 button (1) to select the highlighted item.

4.

Rotate the 

VOL

 control to select a value.

5.

Press the 

VOL

 button to return to menu selection mode.

The following feature functions can be adjusted:

Beep Tone (ON/OFF): Turn the audible beep ON/OFF (heard when functions/buttons are 
selected).

RADIO AREA (EURO/USA)

Time Zone: Select Time Zone when in Sirius Mode.

DST Observed (YES/NO): Choose whether or not Daylight Savings Time is observed in 
Sirius mode.

CLOCK FORMAT (12/24 HR)

Brightness (01 – 10)

Contrast (01 – 10)

Pwr On Vol (level 00 – 40): Select an automatic turn-on volume.

Pwr On Vol (ON/OFF): Turn power on volume feature on/off.

iPod Auto (ON/OFF): Choose “ON” to automatically switch to iPod mode when an iPod is 
connected.

WB Alert (ON/OFF): Choose “ON” to receive weather alerts when broadcasted.

Alert Pwr (OFF/AUTO): Choose “ON” for the radio to turn on automatically when a 
weather alert is received.

P-CLOCK (ON/OFF): Choose “ON” to display the clock in large format when the radio is 
turned off while ACC is on. When “OFF” the display will be dark.

Default (NO/YES): Choose yes to restore factory default settings.

Default values: Beep Tone OFF, RADIO AREA USA, CLOCK FORMAT 12HR, Brightness 06, 
Contrast 06, Pwr On Vol 07, Power On Vol OFF, iPod Auto ON, WB Alert OFF, Alert Pwr OFF, 
P-CLOCK OFF.

Equalizer

Press the 

EQ/LOUD

 button (11) to select one of the following equalization sound settings: Flat 

Rock, Pop, Classical or Off. 

Loudness

Press and hold

 the 

EQ/LOUD

 button (11) to turn the loudness feature setting on/off. Loudness 

“ON” is indicated by “LD” in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Auxiliary Input

To access an auxiliary device: 
1.

Connect the portable audio player to the AUX IN connector on the front panel (21) or to 
the AUX IN cables on the back of the radio.

2.

Press the 

MODE

 button to select Auxiliary mode.

3.

Press 

MODE

 again to cancel Auxiliary mode and select another available playback mode.

NOTE: The front AUX input overrides the rear Auxiliary Input.

Info/Scroll

When in Sirius Satellite Radio or iPod mode, press the

 INFO SCROLL

 button (14) to switch 

between artist and title program information.

Remote Sensor

Point the remote control handset (sold separately) at the remote sensor IR (2) and press the 
function keys on the handset to control the system.
