3.1
Setting Temperature
When the peltier is installed the active accessory icon is displayed on the home or measurement method screen.
To set temperature, touch on the home or measurement method screen and touch the set point temperature dis-
played to enter a new value. Touch
to return.
3.2
Taking a Measurement
Select the measurement mode you require (photometrics has been used as an example only).
Set up the required measurement parameters and insert the cuvette containing the blank solution.
Close the instrument lid and wait for the peltier temperature to stablise.
NOTE:
Before starting measurement ensure peltier temperature warning icon
is not displayed.
