Select a set of data that you want to analyze from the list of measurement
data and click on the Make button.

The Multi Image Profile window appears.

4.

Specify the measurement position using the mouse.

The measurement position is indicated by the arrow on the preview image in the
Multi Image Profile window. You can specify an arbitrary cross-section by drag-
ging the start and end points of the arrow with the mouse.
The cross-sectional view appears at the bottom of the window.

5.

Move the measurement marker into the cross-sectional view, if necessary, to
measure a length inside it.
