5. Transport and start up
5.1 Transport and installation
The machine is designed to operate in closed rooms and
must be bolted stable on a firm and levelled table surface.
5.2 Assembly
If you notice transport damage while unpacking, notify your
supplier immediately. Do not operate the machine!
Dispose of the packing in an environmentally friendly
manner.
Clean all rust protected surfaces with a mild solvent.
Screw the handle (A, Fig 1) into the pinion shaft (B, Fig 1)
and tighten (C, Fig 1).

Use the handle to raise the machine head to the up position.
The handle is spring loaded and can be repositioned by
pulling the handle away from the head, and turned to the
desired angle.
Press the gas spring onto the two fittings (D and E).
Attach the MDF table to the base using two screws (A, Fig
2).

Insert bar of fence assembly (B) through the hole in the
column. Use the indexable knob (C) to adjust the fence
assembly.
Attach the hold down (D) to the vertical post using locking
handle (E).
