1. POSITION THE NOSE CAP OVER THE NOSE CAP BRACKET SUCH THAT THE NARROW END OF THE NOSE CAP IS AT THE
FRONT AND THE CAP IS ALIGNED IN SHAPE WITH THE NOSE CAP BRACKET.
2. GENTLY PUSH DOWN TO SNAP THE NOSE CAP ONTO THE BRACKET.
3. CAREFULLY LIFT THE FRONT OF THE FRAME AND, FROM THE UNDERSIDE, INSERT ONE SMALL SCREW ("C1") INTO
EACH OF THE 3 SETS OF ALIGNED HOLES IN THE NOSE CAP AND THE BRACKET BY TWISTING IT IN CLOCKWISE WITH
YOUR FINGERS.
4. TIGHTEN EACH SCREW BY TURNING IT CLOCKWISE WITH THE PHILLIPS-HEAD SCREWDRIVER.
5. GENTLY PLACE THE FRONT OF THE KART DOWN ON YOUR WORKING SURFACE.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN THE SCREWS. OVER-TIGHTENING CAN CAUSE THE NOSE CAP TO CRACK.
