Trailer Maintenance
The Jetstream Waterblast trailer requires regu-
lar inspection and maintenance to provide
safe performance and long life.
Tires
All tires supplied with Jetstream waterblast
trailers are of heavy-duty construction. Re-
placement tires must meet these original
equipment specifications:

Check tire pressure every 3 months and before
travel. Proper tire pressure is stated on the
sidewall.
Inspect tire wear every 6 months or 3000
miles (4828 km). Refer to the following chart
to diagnose tire wear. Repair as necessary to
correct abnormal wear.
Wheel Bearings
Periodically fill the hub with a high quality hy
-
poid gear oil to the level indicated o nthe clear
plastic oil cap. The oil can be filled through
the rubber plug hole in the cap. Oil should be
replaced every 12 months or 12,000 miles.

Lug Nuts
All wheel lug nuts supplied with Jetstream Wa-
terblast Trailer Units utilize a M22-1.5 thread.
Replacement lug nuts must match the wheel
studs supplied with the unit.
Check the torque on the lug nuts every 500
miles (800 km). Proper torque is 450 ft-lbs.(612
N/m). Tighten Lug Nuts in sequence (Figure
