o undertake any of the following actions and understand that doing so will void and nullify the JetSurf™ Warranty.
1)
Transport the motorized surf with connected battery pack
2)
Store the motorized surf with connected battery pack
3)
Go to the water WITHOUT checking the board for integrity, scratches, holes to the hull. In case any of previously
mentioned, the motorized surf must not be used.
4)
Go to the water WITHOUT checking water presence and corrosion in the motor compartment
5)
Go to the water WITHOUT checking that drip compensation tray is dry
6)
Go to the water WITHOUT checking that drip compensation tray lid is tightened.
7)
Go to the water WITHOUT checking that outlet screws are properly tightened.
8)
Go to the water WITHOUT 100% battery level.

9)
Go to the water WITHOUT reading owner’s manual. If I did not understand anything, I contacted my nearest reseller.
10)
Go to the water WITHOUT checking my board works according to my expectations and owner’s manual description.
11)
Leave the motorized board without checking I drained the water out of the battery pack area.
12)
Leave any kind of dirt on the motorized board or battery pack after taking the board out of the water. Just after that,
I
will
remove the battery from the board.
13)
Leave the battery connector inside the hull uncovered. I will always cover the connection with delivered cover with air
pressure compensation.
14)
Leave the connector on the battery pack uncovered. I will always make sure to put the delivered cover on the battery
pack
connector.
15)
Leave the board WITHOUT covering the battery pack connector and cleaning (by fresh water) of cooling system with
garden hose extension.
16)
Leave the board WITHOUT check of drip tray. I will make sure the drip tray is dry and the lid will remain open.
17)
Leave the board WITHOUT checking the water level inside the motor compartment. In case there is water level higher
than 5 cm, the board has to be serviced at nearest authorized reseller immediately. Leave the board open for
ventilation.
18)
Leave the board WITHOUT checking the outlet screws. (Small amount of draining water is accepted. Volume higher
than 400 ml required immediate service at nearest authorized reseller).
19)
Leave the battery pack connection inside the battery compartment unclean. If the connector is unclean, I will
immediately
clean the dirt with for example. Tooth brush, and will lubricate it with contact cleaner.
20)
Store the battery pack outside the Battery Pack Travel Bag in temperature level different than 10 – 30 °C.
21)
Leave the board on direct sunshine.
22)
Store the Battery Pack in environment with freezing temperature danger.
23)
End riding session WITHOUT putting the battery pack to the Battery Pack Travel Bag with maximum care of mechanical
damage.
24)
Use a Battery Pack with mechanical damage (case crack, scrathes, damaged connector pins.)
25)
Store and transport the battery with pressure compensation valve on.
26)
Try to charge the battery pack immediately after the ride. For longer battery pack lifetime, I will leave the battery to cool
down before I start charging.
27)
Charge the battery pack in hot conditions with direct sunshine.
28)
Charge the battery close to flammable objects. I will always make sure there is at least 2m distance.
29)
Never leave the charging battery pack unattended.
30)
Leave the battery pack connected uncovered after charging.
31)
Transport the Battery pack fully charged. I will discharge the battery before transportation.
32)
Use Safe Return mode for other purposes than safe return back to the shore.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
– Normal operational wear and tear.
– Damage caused by accidents.
– Damage caused by using low-quality, incorrect or improperly mixed fuel.
– Damage caused by use of non-original spare parts and accessories.
– Damage caused by foreign objects, debris, sand, mud, dirt or other objects or large particles
– Damage caused by improper use, for example jumps.
