LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

COLLECTION
This warranty gives the original consumer / purchaser specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights which vary from state to state.
All written or implied warranties are limited to the durations expressed below. Any damages, including loss of time, inconvenience, loss of
residence, water damage and any other incidental or consequential costs, expense or damage are excluded from this warranty. In no event
shall the liability of Jetta Corporation exceed the purchase price of the product. All items must have been installed and maintained in
accordance with the Jetta Owner’s Manual and installation instructions. All units must be water tested before installation to validate warranty.
Accessories not factory installed are not covered under this warranty.
Covered Products:
Jetta Corporation guarantees that all products will be free from defects in materials and craftmanship from the date of purchase for the
lifetime of the product.
Structure and Surface Warranty:
The original consumer / purchaser of a Jetta Corporation
DADOquartz
bathtub or
sink
receives a limited warranty that includes the
following:

All residential baths and
sink(s)
are covered by a lifetime limited structural and surface warranty.
Warranty Limitations:
1.
Jetta Corporation reserves the right, at its option to a) repair or replace the defective product or b) replace with an equal-
valued product.
2.
This warranty extends only to the original consumer / purchaser and is not transferable.
3.
The structure and surface warranty is valid for Limited Lifetime for residential baths and
sink(s)
and does not cover commercial,
hotel, or industrial bath or
sink(s)
applications.
4.
This warranty may not be amended by any other than Jetta Corporation, and this remains the sole warranty for Jetta Corporation
DADOquartz
products.
5.
Jetta’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the products.
Warranty Conditions:
1.
Warranty is void if the products are not water tested prior to installation or if not installed per our installation instructions.
2.
Jetta does not warrant leaks associated with improper waste and overflow installation.
3.
Blemishes, air holes, or casting marks on the underside of the bathtub are not considered defects and do not affect the performance
or quality of the bathtub.
4.
Due to the inherent nature of the natural stone and its appearance, slight variations in the surface of the product are not considered
defects or flaws. Variations in the surface do not compromise the structural integrity of the product. Tolerance on dimensions: +/-
0.25”. All dimensions are approximate. Structure measurements must be verified against the unit to ensure proper fit.
5.
Exposure to strong chemicals may cause damage to the product and will result in the product warranty to be void.
6.
The guarantee does not cover defects, damage, or failure caused by the installer, carrier, user, or any other person. Chips, cracks,
and scratches can be repaired by a qualified technician at the owner/user’s expense.
Warranty Exclusions:
1.
Jetta Corporation warranties do not cover defects due to shipping damage, installation errors, use other than non-bathing purposes,
abuse, misuse, failure to provide maintenance and /or cleaning as directed in the Owner’s Manual, accident or acts of God. Any
modifications, alterations or customization made by an unauthorized service representative or without authorization by Jetta
Corporation will result in warranty becoming null and void.
2.
Display floor models and overstock sale units are excluded from this guarantee.
3.
This warranty does not cover costs associated with installation, removal or installation of replaced unit.
4.
This warranty does not include freight charges associated with return product for repair nor freight charges associated with
replacement.
5.
The warranty does not include any costs associated with plumbing modifications.
6.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, including any other warranty of quality, express or implied,
and including any warranty of merchantability, or any warranty of fitness for any particular use.
Warranty Service:
In order to make a claim under this warranty, the original consumer / purchaser must notify Jetta Corporation in writing no later than ten (10)
days from occurrence and must be within the expressed warranty period(s). Please provide a description of the problem and proof of purchase.
Labor includes costs that are deemed typical and customary and must be approved by Jetta Corporation or authorized representative prior to
repair in accordance with above conditions and limitations. Send claim to:

With the issuance of this warranty, Jetta Corporation stipulates, and the purchasers agrees, that in the event of litigation is instituted as a
result of this limit warranty, said litigation will be controlled by the applicable laws of the State of Oklahoma. The buyer and seller both agree
that the appropriate forum and venue for any such litigation will be in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.
