amplifier via the EtherCAT interfaces X5.1 and
X5.2

Wire the control inputs to X6 with shielded cables
as required.
Ground the cable shields with the greatest pos-
sible surface area on both sides.

If you want to use the safety function STO and/
or STB, wire the safe control inputs to X11 with
shielded cables.

sible surface area on both sides.
