When there is no VGA Signal(R,G,B H-SYNC, V-SYNC) from PC or when
DPMS function is activated.
No Cable
Check cable connections.
( Analog RGB or DVI Support)
Out of Range
This issue may occur if the signal from the video adapter exceeds the scan
range of the monitor. ( Analog RGB or DVI Support)
