Press and hold the "ON/MEMORY" button to switch the device OFF. The Power will be OFF automatically if not
in use for 1 minute.
Degree Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F) unit display is available in this device. In "power OFF" mode, press and
hold the "FOREHEAD" button. While holding "FOREHEAD" button, press and release the "ON/MEMORY"
button. After 3 seconds the icon "°C" will switch to icon "°F". You may use the same procedure to switch back to "°C".
When in power ON mode, press and release the “ON/MEMORY" button to see the temperature stored in memory.
Clean the probe and lens after each use to ensure an accurate
reading and avoid cross-contamination. Please use a cotton
swab with 70% concentrated alcohol to Clean the inside of the
probe, including lens and metal parts. Allow the probe to dry
for at least one minute before the next measurement or use a
tissue paper to dry it.
1. The flashing battery icon on the screen indicates low battery. Please open the battery cover by inserting
a pin into the pinhole and, at the same time, sliding the battery cover out.
2. Hold the device and flip the battery out with a small screwdriver.
3. Insert the new battery CR2032 under the metal hook on the left side and press the right side of the battery
down until you hear a click sound.
