For HRC program (H1, H2, H3)

After choosing H1, H2 or H3, Then press ENTER button, default setting age: 30 flashes press 

INCLINE      /      (or SPEED      /     ) button to set age: 13 ~ 70.

For example, you set 35 years old, then press ENTER button, heartbeat 111 appears on pulse 

window and level 1 flashes. You may press INCLINE      /      (or SPEED      /     ) to choose L2 for

138, or L3 for 157 to exercise.

Then press ENTER button, default setting 32:00 flashes. 

Press INCLINE      /      (or SPEED      /     ) button to set desired time.

Press ENTER and START button to start running.

For Target program (Time, Distance, Calories)

Press ENTER button to choose target program for countdown exercise.

For Target Time:

Press ENTER to choose target time, default setting 32:00 flashes, then press INCLINE      /      

(or SPEED      /     ) button to set desired workout time 10~99 minutes, 

press ENTER and START button to start running. 

For Target Distance:

Continuously press ENTER to choose target distance, default setting 1.0 flashes, then press

INCLINE      /      (or SPEED      /     ) button to set desired workout distance 1~20 km, press

ENTER and START button to start.

For Target Calories:

Or continuously press ENTER to choose target calories, default setting 10.0 flashes, then press 

INCLINE      /      (or SPEED      /     ) button to set desired workout calories 10~990 kcal, press

ENTER and START button to start.

When the set figure counts down to 0, machine will stop automatically.

REMARKS:

HRC 1 (speed control) operation:

1. Hold two hands on pulse plate, in 30 seconds after pressing start button, computer will detect 

    user's pulse and show on the computer for further operation. 

2. If computer could not detect user's pulse in 30 seconds, machine will stop to pause mode. 

    3 minutes after pause mode, system will reset to stop mode.

3. If user's actual heartbeat is higher than preset max. heartbeat, speed will decrease 0.2 kph 

    per detection. When the speed reaches to the lowest but the actual heartbeat is still higher 

    than preset max. heartbeat, suggest you stop running and consult your physician.

4. If actual heart beat is 20 times continuously higher than preset max. heartbeat for 20 seconds, 

    system will stop to pause mode. 3 minutes after pause mode, system will reset to stop mode.

5. If user's actual heartbeat is lower than preset max. heartbeat, speed will increase 0.2 kph per 

    detection. When the speed reaches to the highest but the actual heartbeat is still lower than

    preset max. heartbeat, machine will keep running in the highest speed.
