Prior to any operation requiring charger
cover removal, the battery must be
disconnected and the charger must be
unplugged from the AC outlet. Failure to do
so could result in death or serious injury to
personnel.

PROBABLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
Voltage above 3V per cell (corroded plates)
Depress the equalising function button to resume
charge. (The default LED indicator flashes).
Voltage below 1,8V per cell after 5 minutes charge.
Note : If the voltage is below 1,5V per cell, the
charger will not detect the battery.
Depress the equalising function button to resume
charge. (The default LED indicator flashes).
Voltage does not reach 2,4V per cell after 11 hours
charge (Soft timer #1).
Charging time exceeds 15 hours (Voltage above
2,4V per cell) (Soft timer #2).
Charging time exceeds 16 hours (Hard timer).
Check condition of battery - connections and
charger. Disconnect the charger from the battery
and connect it again. If the problem persists, contact
JLG Product Support.
