11.1.19. - OP_40 Coin reloading and accounting in change tubes (MDB)
•
Reloading:
When you insert coins in the coin slot, they are only admitted if they
have a destination change tube. The display will show the number of coins in each
tube and the value of the coin inserted. When it reaches the maximum amount, the
coins will be rejected.
Do not reload tubes manually!!
•
Accounting:
to see the accounting data for the change tubes, press keys “1” to “5”.
The display will show the number of coins in the change tubes. “1” corresponds to
the highest value coin, “2” to the next value coin, and so on. If the same coin is
stored in more than one tube, the display will show the sum of the coins in all such
tubes.
11.1.20. - OP_41 Discharging change tubes (MDB)
Press keys “1” to “5” to discharge coins from the tubes. “1” corresponds to the highest
value coin, “2” to the next value coin, and so on. After discharging the coins, the display
will show the number of coins left in the tubes.
Coin discharge motors will only work while the accounting value is not zero.
12. - Troubleshooting.
The following table will help you diagnose the most common machine and compact
failures. It describes a series of anomalies, their possible causes and the steps to take
in solving them or at least in determining as far as possible the cause of such failures
before contacting our technical support service.
Problem
Possible causes
Steps to follow
Coins are not accepted and
the J-2000 display is off.
You cannot access compact
programming mode.
The J-2000 has no power
supply or the wrong power
supply.
Check that the supply
voltage is within the range
admitted by the device
Check continuity of cables
between the machine and
the J-2000.
You can enter programming
mode in the compact but
