burner
adjustments
The flame should be predominantly orange and clearly visible at the back of the oven. There is a flame diffuser
on the burner that creates a more visually appealing flame. It diffuses the gas coming out of the ports, making
it so that there is one large flame instead of many small ones.
The inner cone should be approximately 3 inches high in average.
The while the cone can touch the ceiling inside the oven it can often lead to over cooking or burning your food
as the temperature may be too high. We reccomend adjusting the flame to be as close to the 3 inch average
as possible.
The flame should be blue and stable with only a small amount of orange, if any. There should be little noise
and no lifting.
The inner cone should be 1/4 inch high.
The outer cone should be 5/8 inch high.
