and cannot login, contact the Product
Technical Support team for assistance.

3. The display has a built-in security functionality
to lock the screen after 30 minutes of
inactivity. After the timeout, the user is
required to enter their login credentials again
to access data.
The user could also elect to lock the screen by
navigating to the home page and tapping on the
downward arrow next to the login

User name and password are case
