Alarm Icon
Unable to read the value from the controller. Check that
controller is connected to the display under Establish a
Connection with the Controller. This symbol may also appear
when the controller does not have the associated feature.
In case of power loss at the controller, restart the display and
scan the Dev ID.
Error at
Scanning Objects
Device
discovery page
Error shown after scanning for Dev ID. The display is unable to
find any controllers. Check that all cable connections are made
correctly.

MAP browser
on display
The browser shows this error screen after clicking on the MAP
icon. Check that the MAP and display IP settings are configured
correctly.
Not able to
connect to MAP
MAP browser on
mobile, laptop,
or tablet display
Check that the MS/TP bus is connected on the SA port of the
Applied Smart Equipment controller. When the bus is connected
to the FC bus port and has a BACnet IP card on the controller,
this feature is not supported. Unplug the BACnet IP card.
Updating the display firmware
1. Copy UpdatePackage.zip to a USB drive and
insert the drive to either of the USB ports on
the display.
2. Log in to the display under the Admin role.
3. Select the Settings menu from the
configuration page.
4. Select Update, then select Browse.
5. Open the
mnt
folder, then open the
usbmemory
folder.
6. Select UpdatePackage.zip, then select Open.
