Introduction to the
touchscreen display
The touchscreen display is a user interface (UI)
managed with the Applied Smart Equipment series
of controllers. The display can act as a simple adjust
and indication unit or can be used for more complex
tasks, such as integrating with multiple controllers
and commissioning units that are often associated
with a workstation.
The touchscreen display is designed for facility
engineers or service technicians who need a
straightforward way to monitor and adjust setpoints
in a controller without being limited in capability.
Note:
Throughout the remainder of this
manual, the touchscreen display is referred to
as

Key concepts
LED display
The display presents a new, graphical interface
with fully mobile access. It enables enhanced data
visualization that allows building operators to
work smarter and make the most of their HVAC
investments. The advanced interface can be
configured for applications with more than one
controller, in which it can be permanently mounted
on the building wall, in a wall-mounted enclosure,
or in a remote control panel as part of the existing
workstation setup.
