WORKOUT SETUP STEPS
Quick Start
Press the "QUICK START" key and the VALUE CIRCLE will display "3, 2, 1,GO”. The workout
begins at the lowest incline and speed, and the time counts “0” to the maximum time.
Warm Up
1) Press the “WARM-UP” key to enter the program.
2) “SELECT TIME” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing SELECT
key to begin a warm-up.
Cool Down
1) Press the “COOL-DOWN” key to enter the program.
2) “SELECT TIME” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing SELECT
key to begin a cool-down.
Manual
1) “SELECT TIME” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing SELECT
key to confirm.
2) “SELECT WEIGHT” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing SELECT
key to confirm.
3) Press START to begin the workout.

Interval, Weight Loss & Fat Burn
1) “SELECT LEVEL” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing SELECT
key to confirm.
2) “SELECT TIME” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing SELECT
key to confirm.

5K Run
1) “SELECT LEVEL” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing SELECT

3) Press START to begin the workout.
Target HR
1) “SELECT AGE” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing SELECT
key to confirm.
2) “SELECT TARGET HR” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing
SELECT key to confirm.
3) “SELECT CONTROL MODE” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys.
* If SPEED is selected, the console will display "SET MAX SPEED”. Use the RIGHT / LEFT
key to set Max Speed.
* If INCLINE is selected, the console will display "SET MAX INCLINE”. Use the RIGHT / LEFT
key to set Max Incline.
4) “SELECT TIME” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing SELECT
key to confirm.
5) “SELECT WIEGHT” using the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to select and pressing SELECT
key to confirm.
6) Press START to begin the workout.
With the interactive screen, the computerized display leads the user to step-by-step
to input the workout. The screen would instruct the user to use the PROGRAM QUICK
KEYS to enter the program, or use LEFT/RIGHT arrow keys to scroll to desired program
when prompted in the screen. Use the LEFT/RIGHT arrow keys to enter the values.
Press the SELECT key to confirm each selection, or press the CLEAR key to clear data
not yet entered. Follow the steps to set up each workout.
