General Heat Transfer Instructions
•
Follow the Heat Transfer Paper Instructions for best results.
•
Preheat press to 305-315°F while preparing product.
•
Close the heat press while empty to heat the bottom heat platen for at least 5 minutes.
•
Press A and B papers together for 120 seconds at 305-315°F with moderate pressure.
•
Open the press and immediately peel A and B sheets apart while both papers remain on press bed.
o
IMPORTANT:
Do not remove papers from the press bed while peeling.
•
Follow 2-Step paper instructions for printing artwork and A-B sheet marrying process.
•
Attach transfer sheet to the towel with image facing the towel using heat tape.
•
A-B sheet marrying process must be complete before this step.
•
Place a Teflon sheet or silicon tissue paper onto the press platen.
•
Place the towel with attached transfer onto the press platen.
•
Place silicone tissue paper on top of transfer.
•
Adjust press pressure to light-medium.
•
Close and press for allotted time, according to the transfer paper directions. Heat Toner Process

When finished, open press and carefully remove the towel, leaving the transfer on the sign. Set aside
to cool.
o
IMPORTANT:
Be very careful not to bump or move the transfer paper while removing the
garment from the press. The transfer can fail if the transfer paper is moved while still hot or warm.
•
Once towel has completely cooled to room temp, carefully remove transfer sheet by gently "rolling"
the sheet off of the towel using the palm of your hand.
•
Place the towel back onto the heat press and place silicon tissue paper on top of the graphic. Close
and repress the towel for an additional 30 sec. to fix the transfer to the towel.

IMPORTANT:
Be very careful not to bump or move the transfer paper while removing the
garment from the press. The transfer can fail if the transfer paper is moved while still hot or warm.
Microfiber Fabric Care
•
Microfiber products need to be washed at a low temperature (No higher than 60° F)
•
Do not use bleach or anything with bleach in it.
•
Do not wash them with cotton or terry towels. They may be washed with other fabrics but are best
washed with other microfibers to maintain positive electronic charge for longer.
•
Fabric softener not recommended.
•
Always use the “gentle” wash setting.
