Calibration
To ensure that the system keeps the accuracy within limits, the measuring heads must be regularly
calibrated.
Tools needed:
- locking excenter JT31117
WARNING
It is imperative that all calibration is performed with the highest precision. Mistakes in the
calibration procedure will result in incorrect measuring values.
To enter the calibration mode click on
[Setup]
Measuring unit compare
Always compare the measuring units before calibration.
Click on
[Compare units]
1. Mount wheel adapter on the left side of a non-steering axle. Distance to scale preferably 3 meters
in both directions.
2. Make sure that the axle is NOT jacked up.
Unit 1

Mount the first measuring head in the inner groove of the wheel adapter axle.
4. Centre the spirit level on top of the measuring unit.
5. Press
OK
on the measuring unit.
6.
The results for the first unit are displayed.
