There are 4 heart rate programmes:
1)
Program 9 – Target heart rate
2)
Program 10 - 60% of maximum heart rate
3)
Program 11 - 75% of maximum heart rate
4)
Program 12 - 85% of maximum heart rate
When using the ‘target heart rate’ program, users may set up a target
heart rate over a period of time or a specified distance.

Press the ENTER button to select TIME, DISTANCE and TARGET
HEART RATE. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust any of these
values.

Press START/STOP to begin your exercise.
•
If you are not using the chest strap, please make sure to keep
both hands on the pulse sensors during exercise.
When using one of the ‘percentage of maximum heart rate’ programs,
users may set up a ‘maximum heart rate’ over a period of time or a
specified distance.
•
Press the ENTER button to select TIME, DISTANCE and AGE. Use
the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust any of these values.
•
Press START/STOP to begin your exercise.
•
If you are not using the chest strap, please make sure to keep
both hands on the pulse sensors during exercise.
