How to assemble

Ensure that the machine is disconnected from the electricity supply before 

assembling or changing any inserts.

1. 

Insert the Feed Head

 into the Drive Socket

 of the 

Motor Body

, angled to the right, as indicated in the 

diagram. When you feel it slot “home”, rotate counter-
clockwise into a vertical position until it “clicks” into 
place.

Select the required Insert

 according to your 

requirements and to the following guidelines:

• 

Red - suitable for coarse grating of: carrots, courgettes, 

potatoes, peppers, hard cheese (e.g. Parmesan) or 

chocolate;

• 

Orange - suitable for fine grating of: carrots, 

courgettes, hard cheese (e. g. Parmesan), chocolate or 

coconuts;

• 

Yellow - suitable for grinding/grating of: hard cheese (e. g. Parmesan), 

chocolate, dry bread/rolls or pastries, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds or 

coconuts;

• 

Light green - for cutting thin, smooth slices. This insert is suitable for cutting: 

carrots, courgettes, potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, turnips, red 

cabbage, white cabbage, apples or hard cheese;

• 

Dark green - for cutting thick, wavy slices. This insert is suitable for cutting: 

carrots, courgettes, potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, turnips, red 

cabbage, white cabbage, apples or hard cheese.

DO NOT USE THE FOOD PROCESSOR FOR PROCESSING VERY HARD FOOD 

OR MEAT

Slide the selected Insert

 over the drive shaft in the Feed 

Head

THE CUTTING AND GRATING SURFACES OF THE INSERTS 

ARE SHARP; TAKE CARE WHEN HANDLING AND HOLD 
ONLY BY THE PLASTIC PARTS OF THE INSERTS.

Place the Insert Fastener

 on the end of the drive shaft 

in the Feed Head

, then turn counter-clockwise until it 

“clicks” into place.
