Multi-layered part cutting position (front)
In the case, when the top of seam (.e, jont) of a belt
loop s detected, the part of the belt-loop before the
detected seam s to be cut as a defectve part, the
length of the part of the belt-loop to be cut s entered
wth ths swtch (n mm). Snce the area around the
seam s lkely to bulge gradually toward the seam,
accuracy of the seam detecton vares accordng
to the belt-loop materal. Ths swtch s provded to
compensate the detecton accuracy.
In addton, ths swtch sometmes has to be adjusted
accordng to the belt-loop wdth.
* The front-sde trmmng of the mult-layered part s
only enabled when the front/rear s selected for the
mult-layered part trmmng poston. (memory swtch
level 2 K551).
Refer to the Engneer's Manual for the memory
swtch level 2. In the ntal state, the front part of the
belt-loop s not cut.

seam cutting position (rear)
The length of a belt-loop from the rear end of a
seam to the belt-loop cuttng poston s set wth ths
parameter (n mm).
Snce the area around the seam s lkely to bulge
gradually toward the seam, accuracy of the seam
detecton vares accordng to the belt-loop materal.
Adjust ths parameter to around 10 to adjust the
aforementoned length to approxmately 10 mm
accordng to the belt-loop materal. If ths length has
no allowance, the seam may reman on the belt loop.
