of the Y guide rail.
3. Let the Y guide rail holder
be pinched by the feed bar auxiliary
cover rail Y
and the X movement top cover asm.

remove rattling.
At that time, 8 setscrews
should be tightened tentatively to move
the X movement base
forward and backward while removing rattles
uniformly.
4. Regularly tighten 8 setscrews

(Caution) Apply a proper amount of grease on the sliding parts of
the Y guide rail holder

o If there is any rattling, this can be
a cause of noise.
o If the rattling condition is removed
extremely, this can be a cause of
abrasion developed in the X
movement top cover asm.

1. Loosen 16 setscrews

2. Lightly push the feed bar auxiliary cover rail X
in the direction of
the arrow and adjust the X movement top cover asm.
so that it can
move smoothly without causing rattles. Since then, tighten 16
setscrews
.
o If there is any rattling, this can be
a cause of noise.
