Assembly
1.
Press down the lock button. Hold the tube
with the feed hole and insert it in the
opening (NB. the tube must be inclined as
shown by the arrow on the top, see fig. 1).
2.
Rotate the tube anti-clockwise until you
hear it click securely into place (fig. 2).
3.
Place the auger in the tube (longer end
first) and rotate slightly until securely fitted
in the motor housing (fig. 3).
4.
Place the knife on the auger with the blade
facing out (fig. 4). The knife must be fitted
properly to be able to grind meat.
5.
Choose the plate you want to use and
place it next to the knife. Align the raised
parts in the notch (fig. 5).
6.
Hold the mincer plate in place by pressing
the middle with one finger and tightening
the lock ring properly with your other hand
(fig. 6). Do not overtighten.
7.
Place the feeder tray on the tube.
8.
Place the unit on a firm surface.
9.
The ventilation holes on the underside and
sides of the motor casing must not be
blocked.
Grinding meat
1.
Cut the food into pieces that easily fit into the feed hole (meat without sinew, bones or fat is
recommended, size approx. 20 x 20 x 60 mm).
2.
Turn the unit on and turn the I/II switch to I. Then turn the ON/O/R switch to ON.
3.
Place the food on the feeder tray. Feed it in with the feeder (fig. 7).
4.
Turn off and unplug the unit after use.
Changing direction
If anything becomes caught, turn the machine off by turning the I/II switch to II and the ON/O/R switch to
R. The auger then rotates in the opposite direction and the tube is emptied. If this does not work, turn the
unit off and clean it.
Stuffing sausages
Before you start, attach the sausage filling accessory as illustrated (fig. 8).
