Dismantling
1.
Ensure that the motor has come to a
complete standstill.
2.
Pull out the plug.
3.
Dismantle by following figs. 1–6 in reverse
order.
4.
Remove the mincer plate by inserting a
screwdriver between the plate and the
tube as illustrated (fig. 9) and pry off.
5.
Press in the lock button, turn the tube (fig.
10) and then remove the tube.
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
Remove meat etc.
Wash all the parts in warm soapy water. Bleach containing chlorine will discolour aluminium
surfaces.
Do not immerse the motor unit in water. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
Solvents and petrol will change the colour of the unit or cause the paint to crack.
Dry all cutting parts with a cloth soaked in vegetable oil.
