During clipping
The blades can be adjusted using the adjustment screw shown below. Screw only 1/4 turn at a time. The
blades will operate slowly if the screw is adjusted too tightly, and the device will cut poorly if the blades
are set too loosely. If this adjustment does not help, the blades must be sharpened.
Lubrication
The device must be lubricated regularly. Lubricate the blades and all moving parts. Lubricate through the
lubrication holes in the clipping head.
Use a paraffin oil that meets ISO VG 15 specifications.
The device must be lubricated every 15 minutes when in use.
Replacing blades
1.
Place the device on a stable surface.
2.
Remove the adjustment screw as shown below.
3.
Undo the two blade screws and remove the blades. See below.
