Hold the MODE button down for 4 seconds to activate the setting mode for step length. Select the
measuring unit system according to the instructions above.

Use

Fasten the pedometer on your belt or clothes. The appliance must be fastened securely and horizontally.
When you have fastened it, hold the RESET button down for 3 seconds to delete previous training data.

NOTE!

The readings can be incorrect if the pedometer is positioned incorrectly.

Setting the motion sensitivity

You must set the motion sensitivity before using the pedometer for the first time.
1.

Position the pedometer as instructed, set the STEP mode and start
walking. Count the number of steps.

2.

Compare the number of steps you have taken with the number shown on
the pedometer. If the pedometer shows more steps, reduce the sensitivity
(-) with the button. If the pedometer shows fewer steps, increase the
sensitivity (+). Repeat until the pedometer shows the correct number of
steps.

NOTE!

Do not change the motion sensitivity while the same person is using the pedometer.

Displaying distance, activity time, number of steps and calories

1.

Press the MODE button to switch between showing the number of steps, activity time, walked
distance and number of burned calories.

2.

Press the CAL button to show the number of burned calories.

3.

In the modes for step counting, distance or calories you can delete previous data and activate the
step display by pressing the RESET button for 3 seconds.

NOTE!

If a step is not registered for 3 seconds in the step counting mode the pedometer will

automatically stop measuring the time. Time measuring starts automatically when a step is reregistered.
The pedometer will automatically switch off if a step is not registered for 4 minutes. The registered data
will be saved. The pedometer is activated automatically if you press any of the buttons or start to walk.
