E08: Storage error
• Check and replace the storage
circuit.
• Replace the lower circuit board.

E10: Short-term
motor short circuit
• Too high torque, adapt the torque
to the DC-motor.
• Short circuit in motor. Replace
the motor.
• The machine may be blocked,
which results in high power
consumption in the AC-motor.
Switch off the machine, wait for a
few minutes and then restart.
Lubricate the machine when
necessary.
The display image for
time looks normal,
but the motor will
not start and no error
codes are shown
when the START
button is pressed.
• Check that the cables between
the motor unit and other parts
are correctly connected and
undamaged.
• Check that the protective tubing
is undamaged.
• Fault on control unit circuit IGBT.

The equipment is
enabled, but nothing
is shown on the
computer unit.
• Check that the overload
protection has not tripped, and
reset if necessary.
• Check the power switch, overload
protection and the cable between
the drive unit and transformer.
• Check that the cable between the
motor unit and computer unit is
correctly connected and
undamaged.
• Check that the transformer is
working properly. Replace the
transformer if necessary.
The display shows E01
after activation
• Fault on signal cable. Check that
the cable between the motor unit
and computer unit is correctly
connected and undamaged.
• Fault on computer unit. Replace
computer unit.
• Replace transformer.
The display shows E02
after activation
• Check that the motor cable is
correctly connected. Correct the
connection, if necessary. Replace
the motor if this does not help.
• Replace the computer unit if it
smells strange.
• Check that the input voltage is
correct and rectify if not.
The display shows E03
after activation
• The display shows E03 for 5–8
seconds after the motor starts to
show that no speed signal has
been received.
• Check that the sensor connector
is working properly. Replace the
sensor if the connector is
damaged.
• Fault on the control unit circuit.
Replace the control unit.
The display shows E05
after activation
• The overcurrent protection has
tripped. Reset the equipment.
• The overcurrent protection trips if
the motor is overloaded, for
example if a part jams. Check the
treadmill and adjust or lubricate,
if necessary.
• Replace the motor unit if it smells
strange.
• Replace the computer unit if it
smells strange.

E06: Motor failure
• The motor cable is not connected
correctly. Connect the motor
cable correctly.
• Open circuit in the motor. Replace
the motor.
