A.Running in and commissioning:
The newly purchased or overhauled garden management machine must be run in before it can be put into
full load operation. Otherwise, the wear of parts will be accelerated and the service life of parts will be
greatly shortened.
1.Preparation before running in
(1).Tighten the connecting bolts and nuts of all parts.
(2).Add fuel oil, lubricating oil and water.
(3).Check and adjust the tension of V-belt.
2.Running in method
(1).Under no load condition: each gear is running in for 0.5 hours.
(2).Under the condition of 1/3 rated load (rotary tillage depth 5-6cm): each gear is running in for 1 hour.
(3).Under the condition of 2/3 rated load (rotary tillage depth 8-10cm): the running in of each gear is 1.5h.
3.Work after running in
After running in, all lubricating oil in the gearbox shall be drained immediately while it is hot, and proper
amount of diesel oil shall be injected. The gear shall be cleared by idling in the second gear for 2-3
