Part 4 Field management machine adjustment

1.Adjustment of throttle control mechanism:

The throttle should be adjusted to enable to bring the engine to maximum speed and can shut down the

engine,and it can work stably at any speed made. Adjustment method: use spanner loosen the screw bolt

(nut)

the needle goes to the limit position in anti-clockwise and

then pull the engine speed control handle

to the flame out position, locking screw bolt (nut)

to the pole limit position in clockwise,check whether the engine speed

reaches the maximum throttle position.

If it meets the requirements, tighten the bolts and nuts. If not, continue to adjust according to the above

method.

2.V-belt adjustment:

Loosen the bolts of the fixed adjustment bracket

adjust the screw rod

on both sides of the power

frame to move the engine position forward or backward, tighten the tension by pressing four fingers in the

middle part of the belt (about 5kg force), and the belt is bent about 2cm or so. Both sides of the adjusting

screw rod

should be adjusted at the same time to ensure that the engine pulley is in the same straight

line with the clutch pulley groove. Finally, lock the bolt. Note: after the engine position is moved, the

length of the throttle cable should be adjusted accordingly (for the adjustment method, see the adjustment

of throttle control mechanism), so as to ensure the stable operation of the engine. When replacing the belt,

the two belts should be of the same specification, and the two belts on the same belt pulley should be

replaced at the same time, and the old and new should not be mixed.
