– Two hard wooden blocks with identical dimensions and composition.
– Two identical wedges.
Procedure
• Secure the support frame (18) with lashing straps to prevent accidental
movement.
• Relieve the drive wheel (38). To do this, place the hard wooden blocks (94) under
the chassis on either side at the height of the drive wheel (38).
• Place wedges (93) in front of the load wheels (30) to prevent the truck from
moving accidentally.
NOTICE
When assembling the fastening belts be aware of the electric and hydraulic line
routing. Prevent the electric and hydraulic lines from being damaged by the fastening
belts.
• Secure the basic truck with two lashing straps (92) to the left-hand and right-hand
attachment points (79) between the swivel traverse frame (25) and the truck
chassis:
• Thread the lashing straps (92) through the attachment points (79)between the
swivel traverse frame (25) and the truck chassis.
• Secure the lashing straps (92) to the lashing rings (85).
• Tighten the lashing straps (92) with their tensioners.
• Secure the basic truck with two lashing straps (91) to the left-hand and right-hand
attachment points (78) on the overhead guard (11):
• Thread the lashing straps (91) through the attachment points (78) on the
overhead guard (11).
• Secure the lashing straps (91) to the lashing rings (88).
• Tighten the lashing straps (91) with their tensioners.
The basic truck without lift mast is secure for transport.
