a. Attach an ESD grounding strap to your bare wrist and connect the strap to one of the ESD points
on the chassis.
b. Remove the power cord from the power supply.
c. Push the release tab of the power supply on the back panel of the chassis.
d. Pull the power supply straight out of the chassis using the provided handle. Use one hand for
support underneath the supply as you remove it. See

2. To install the AC power supply:
a. Orient the replacement power supply.
b. Using both hands, slide the replacement power supply straight into the chassis until the power
supply is fully seated in the chassis slot. Make sure the tab on the power supply clicks into place.
c. Attach the power cord to the power supply. If the power supply is correctly installed and
functioning normally, the power supply powers up immediately.
Replacing AC Power Supply Cables on the JATP400 Appliance
To replace an AC power supply cord:
1. Attach an ESD grounding strap to your bare wrist and connect the strap to one of the ESD points on
the chassis.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source receptacle.
3. Unplug the power cord from the appliance inlet on the power supply.
4. Locate a replacement power cord with the type of plug appropriate for your geographical location.
5. Insert the power cord plug into an external AC power source receptacle.
