Step 6: Configure the JA2500 Appliance

You can configure a JA2500 Appliance as a Junos Space node or as a specialized node
used for fault monitoring and performance monitoring (FMPM).

Before you begin, ensure that you have the relevant information (depending on whether
you are configuring a Junos Space node or an FMPM node) shown in

Table 2 on page 17

available:
