Rear cover
• Mount the gasket on the rear bench.
• Mount the rear cover.
• Fix the same by means of screws M8 (10 pcs) with relative grower
washer (10 pcs).
• Mount plugs, vents, oil level sight glass.
• All other ports and bores on the machine are plugged-in.

• Replace the washers of the draining-ports plugs. Refill with new oil
both gearboxes.
• Refill both the gearboxes (front side and rear side), with new oil:
• Gearboxes oil capacity (liters).
• Avoid mixes of different oils.
Avoid mixes of different oils. Dispose of used oil
in accordance with current environment-
protection standards.
• Recommended Oil: Synthetic oil for gearboxes.
TENNEX FACTOR SYNT ISO 150
• Contact Jurop’s After-sale service in case you have problems
finding the a.m. oil type.
• In case this oil is not available, it is possible to refill the level with a
gear oil composed of polyalphaolefine (PAO).
