3.1.3 Removing the front cabinet assembly
(See Figs.11 to 14)
• Prior to performing the following procedures, remove the top
cabinet and CD changer mechanism assembly.
(1) From the forward side of the main board, disconnect the
card wire from the connector

(2) Disconnect the wires from the connectors (

) on the main board.

(3) From the top side of the main body, remove the screw

taching the earth wire. (See Fig.12.)
(4) From the both sides of the main body, remove the two
screws

attaching the front cabinet assembly. (See
Figs.12 and 13.)
(5) From the left side of the main body, remove the screw

taching the front cabinet assembly. (See Fig.13.)
(6) From the bottom side of the main body, remove the screw

attaching the front cabinet assembly. (See Fig.14.)
(7) Release the two joints

cabinet assembly in the direction of the arrow. (See Figs.12
