Dividing a Track—DIVIDE
This function separate a track into two tracks.
The subsequent tracks are automatically renumbered.
• When the original track has a title, two separate tracks
are reassigned the same title as the original track.
• You cannot set a dividing point within the first 4 seconds
and the last 3 seconds of a track.
On the remote control ONLY:
If the HDD includes many albums and tracks, select the
album and track using Search Mode (see page 34) before
performing the procedure below.

appears in the main display, then press

• The source changes to “HDD” automatically if
another source has been selected.

“PLEASE WAIT” appears while the editing you have
made is being stored in the HDD.
• If you have performed the above procedure during
play, HDD playback stops.

You have selected the album in “Library TUNER,” or you have
selected an album including 254 tracks (fully recorded album) in
step

You cannot move a track into such albums.
