Remove/Replace Chin Cover

To maintain the Chin Cover, you can remove the Chin Cover.

1. Remove the shield.

2. Remove Shield Ratchets and Collars.

3. Place the helmet on the stable place, then 

unlocking the Chin Cover by pushing the 
lock lever forward and pull forward the Chin 
Cover. Then the Chin Cover completely 
removed.

 [To Install Chin Cover]

1. Lock the Chin Cover by inserting the Chin 

Cover to the helmet.

2. In reverse order of removing, attach both 

side Shield Ratchets and Collars with Collar 
Screws, then install the shield.

3. Open and Close the Chin Cover some 

times, to check if they are all attached 
properly.

WARNING!

•Make sure to check the Chin Cover installed securely and moves properly 

before using the helmet for riding. If the installation of the Chin Cover is 
incomplete, it is very dangerous and may fall off while riding and may leads to 

a serious accident.

•Make sure to check and tighten the Collar Screw regularly. Riding with the 

loosen screws is very dangerous as the shield may be removed while riding, 
and it may leads to the serious accident.
