Troubleshooting
Methods listed in the following table shall help you check and eliminate common faults. If the fault you
encounter is not listed here, please contact your supplier. All faults or disoperation should be investigated
and rectified only by the manufacturer or specially trained personnel.
Faults Troubleshooting
The indicator of switch power
supply does not respond when the
power is on.

Check the connecting wire and make sure that the wire is
connected correctly;

Contact your supplier or dealer;
Switch power supply in operating
state suddenly stops operating.

Check the connecting wire and make sure that the wire is
connected normally;

Contact your supplier or dealer;
Switch power supply is in high
temperature.

Cabinet temperature at 75
℃
or below is normal;

If cabinet temperature is over 75

The indicator of switch power
supply flashes when power is on.

Cleaning
Plug out the power supply before cleaning.
Clean dusts on the surfaces of all parts with humid rag, and prevent water drops from flowing into
inside of the parts.
During cleaning, make sure that the connecting wire and the plug are connected normally.
