12 Year Maintenance:
In addition to the required annual maintenance, all agent cylinders must be removed from the

system, discharged, and hydrostatically tested as per the requirements of NFPA-17A. The cylin-
der should then be recharged in accordance with Buckeye Kitchen Mister manual and returned
to service. Note: New extinguishing agent must be used when performing this procedure.
Replace motor input shaft seal.

immediately If any deficiencies are found.
Note: A record of monthly inspections is to be kept by the
owner of the system that includes the date of inspection,
the person performing the inspection, and any corrective
action required.
