Installation
Your new Kalor stove/boiler should be installed by correctly qualified and experienced personnel only. As
with any heating appliance, incorrect installation can be extremely dangerous and may lead to personal
injury or even death. We recommend that your installer is fully qualified and appropriately experienced in
the installation of stoves and boilers and is also a competent plumber if appropriate (boilers and boiler
stoves).
Kalor Warranty
Your new Kalor appliance warranty is valid for two years (one year on electrical components) provided it is
installed, commissioned and maintained, as recommended by the manufacturer. It is very important to
understand that any and all warranty claims may be rejected should your stove/boiler not be commissioned
by one of our Authorised Technicians. See below for further details. Your first point of contact for warranty
issues is your Authorised Kalor Dealer (where you purchased your stove). They can assist you with any
issue that you may have.
Your Warranty does not cover the following:
1. The glass of the door
2. General Gasket and fibre door
3. Painting
4. Tiles
5. Remote Control
6. Internal Sides
7. Any damage caused by inadequate installation and or shortages of the consumer.
Commissioning
Every Kalor stove/boiler sold by WoodPelletStove.ie MUST be commissioned by and Authorised Kalor
Technician for safety and to activate product warranty. Contact us on 083 123 6445 or email
to book your commission today.
If the stove/boiler is not commissioned by an Authorised Kalor
Technician within 30 days of installation, appliance warranty is
immediately voided.
