NOTE: if desired time is less than 10 minutes, we recommend setting the
timer first to 20 minutes, then turning it counterclockwise back down to the
desired time.

Temperature:
Allows you to select the desired cooking temperature.
Ranges from Keep Warm (170°F) to 450°F.

Function:
Allows you to select between 7 cooking modes

Air fry, Bake,
Convection bake, Toast, Broil, Keep warm, and Rotisserie. Functions
with the fan icon use air circulation in the heating process.
4.
Toast Timer:
If toast function is selected, this dial functions as a timer
and allows you to modify the level of browning (light, medium, or dark).
5.
Light:
Press the Interior light button to turn the oven light on or off. The
light can be turned on at any time to help monitor your food while
cooking if the unit is on. NOTE: Light must be turned on and off
manually. Be sure to turn off the lamp after checking on your food to
prolong service life of the lamp.
Once you are ready to begin the cooking process, close the doors and first
select a function by turning the FUNCTION dial to the desired setting.
Second, turn the TEMPERATURE dial to adjust to the needed temperature,
between 170 °F (marked KEEP WARM) and 450 °F. Finally, turn the TIMER dial
to the desired cooking time. The appliance will only start cooking once the
timer dial has been set.
NOTE:
If the “Toast” function is selected, the TOAST TIMER
dial will need to
be used instead of the TIMER dial.
The Power light will turn on to indicate the heating elements are turned on.
It will turn off if the doors are opened during the cooking process.

Need to adjust? Cooking time and temperature can be adjusted at any
time during cooking process by turning the temperature and timer dials.
Turn clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease.
Finished? The MAXX Air Fryer Oven will stop automatically when the timer
counts down to 0 minutes/OFF.
