- 12 months for commercial purchases of domestic appliances / 24 months for professional

- 6 month warranty period for riding units (transmissions) of lawnmowers, mechanical and
hydrostatic transmissions (HST) of garden tractors and 3 months in case of commercial purchase
4. consumer purchase within the meaning of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights. (Journal
of Laws 2014 item 827) is a purchase made by a natural person making a legal transaction with an
entrepreneur that is not directly related to his/her business or professional activity.
(5) In order to benefit from the warranty benefits, the user must report and provide a complete
device, together with the proof of purchase. The application should be submitted via the service
panel www.serwisuj.com immediately after finding a defect. In the case of a door to door warranty,
the guarantor will cover the shipping costs in the case of its recognition. 6.
6th The complainant should provide for correspondence purposes his/her personal data: name,
address, telephone number (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation
("RODO") and the number of the proof of purchase.
7th If any of the conditions specified in paragraphs 5 and 6 is not fulfilled, the person accepting the
complaint has the right to refuse to accept the device for repair.
(8) The choice of how to remove the defect belongs to the guarantor, who may repair the item by
repairing it, replacing the defective part or replacing the goods. Regardless of the way of removing
the defect, the warranty will be prolonged by the total time of processing the complaint.
9th The guarantor, through an authorized service center, will respond to claims submitted by the
complainant within 14 days, and the removal of defects in the case of its qualification for free
warranty service will take place no later than within 30 days from the date of complaint.
Out-of-warranty repairs (against payment) are carried out on the basis of individual arrangements
between the complainant and the service centre.
The rights under the guarantee do not include the right of the customer to claim reimbursement of
lost profits and incurred costs due to product defects. The warranty does not cover cases of
accidental damage independent of operating conditions, e.g. flood, fire, etc. 11.
(11) The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or use of the equipment
contrary to the instructions for use.
The warranty does not cover
a) activities connected with assembly, commissioning, maintenance - provided in the operating
manual - which the user of the device is obliged to perform on his own and at his own expense,
b) damages resulting from improper installation or operation of the equipment, caused by using the
