page allows you to define
rules for handling messages to be delivered to the
group recipients (for details refer to subchap-
ter 11.10.3.6).
3. Buttons located in the
Group: groupname
window allow you
to do the following:

accept
– applies the settings defined on the
Group:
groupname
window pages to the group selected in the
groups list.
•
cancel
– allows you to exit the
Group: groupname
window without saving the changes you made.

masks
page: defining group recipients and
senders
The
masks
page (see Figure 45) allows you to define address masks for
senders and recipients included in the address group.
An e-mail message is processed following the rules defined for the group to
which it belongs, i.e. the group that includes both the message addresses
(From and To). These addresses must be specified using appropriate text
fields on the group window
masks
page.
If a message belongs to no address group (i.e. there is no address group
that would include both the message From and To addresses) this mes-
sage is processed following the rules defined for the
default
group.
