Example
: If the Keeper program fails to disinfect a message that
belongs to this address group, you want it to notify the sender and
the administrator, copy the message to the isolation directory, and
add the sender’s address to the list of suspicious addresses.
Solution: To set your Keeper to perform the required tasks, follow these
steps:
1. Switch to the
administrator
page and
•
Check the
Isolator
and
Send notify
check boxes
for the
Infected
object type;
•
Enter the e-mail address or the alias of the administra-
tor in the
Group administrator address
text field
;
•
Select
Unchanged
from the
Object action
drop-down
list for the
Infected
object type;
•
Enter the full path to the isolation directory in the
Isola-
tor path
text field. You can do this manually or by using
the
Browse
button;
2. Switch to the
sender
page and

Check the
Send notify
check box for the
Infected
object type.

Add to susp. list

down list for the
Infected
