The Group: window
administrator page: notifications for
the administrator. Isolating infected
objects
The
administrator
page (see Figure 46) allows you to define the
administrator notification settings and the objects to be placed in the
isolation directory.
After a message is handled by the Daemon program, it can be assigned to
one of the following object types:
•
Infected
– infected objects (objects that the program failed to
disinfect).
•
Cured
– virus-free objects (objects that have been cured).
•
Suspicious
– suspicious objects.
•
Corrupted
– corrupted objects.
•
Filtered
– objects meeting the filtering conditions defined on the
filters
page.
On this page you may define the following settings:
•
what object types and in what form objects must be delivered to
the administrator;
•
what object types must be copied to the isolation directory;
If you enable isolation for an object type, not only the infected object
(for example, an attachment), but the entire message will be copied
to the isolation directory.
•
what object types must be reported to the administrator.
To define what object types and in what form objects must be
delivered to the administrator,
for every object type in the list select one of the following values from
the
Object action
drop down list:
•
Unchanged
– deliver the object unchanged.
